1) How durable are your stickers?

Our stickers are very durable and weather resistant! They use a special laminate that protects them from exposure to wind, rain, and sunlight. They are even dishwasher safe! They can be placed on any car, laptop, aterbottle, notebook, phone, etc. with no problem.

3) Do you offer different sizes or colors of your stickers?

Yes! Some stickers do have different color or size options. These options will show up when you click on the sticker to see more details of the product. If you have a suggestion for how we can improve any of our stickers, whether that's different sizes or other colors you would like to see, feel free to send us an email through our Contact Us page!

4) Can I cancel my order if it hasn't arrived yet? 

Unfortunately, we do not take any cancellations, refunds, or exchanges, unless the order was incorrect or damaged in transit. If that is your situation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you!

5) Do you make and produce the stickers yourselves?

All of our stickers are designed and created by us, but we are not able to print them out ourselves just yet. We work with Sticker Mule which is a reputable and trusted company which prints really great quality stickers. In the future, we do hope to do all of the printing and production of the stickers but since we are just starting out, we do this through a third party. 

6) How do I know you have received my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received it. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact us so we can confirm whether your order was received. 

7) What do I do if my product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

We work our best to send our orders with protective packaging in order to minimize damage to any stickers. If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with sending a new product or refunding your order.
